Dinner is a Kaiseki multi-course meal featuring a Teppanyaki of the rare cut, Chateaubriand, from the tenderloin of Yonezawa Beef, one of Japan's three major Wagyu breeds.
This is the highest-quality, best-textured part of the tenderloin, the most tender cut of beef.
Enjoy a combined serving of "Yamagata Prefecture Japanese Black Wagyu," the pride of Yamagata, a renowned meat producing area, and "Yonezawa Pork Ichiban Sodachi," packed with umami and beauty-enhancing nutrients, prepared in our dual hot pots.
Compare and enjoy three premium meats, Yonezawa Beef, Japanese Black Wagyu, and Yonezawa Pork in our special "Yaki-Shabu" set.
"Yaki-Shabu" is a new style of Yamakawa specialty where shabu-shabu style meat is quickly grilled on a hot plate.
"Gensen Shabu-Shabu" is the main course, where the meat is briefly cooked in drinkable Onogawa hot spring water. Please choose one additional hot pot from: "Soy Milk Hot Pot," "Collagen Hot Pot," or "Mala Hot Pot."
