Onogawa Onsen, Where Ono no Komachi Restored Her Health.

Renowned for its excellent spring quality and skin-beautifying effects, it has been cherished as a therapeutic hot spring resort and the exclusive retreat (Okuzashiki) of Yonezawa.

Yoshizane Hot Springs

Enjoy two distinct bathing experiences: an open-air bath with charming rockwork and a large stone-built bathhouse.
The natural hot spring water flows directly from the source, with the bath attendant adjusting the flow to maintain the perfect temperature.

Also available are traditional vegetables like soybean sprouts and snow vegetables (Yukina), mountain vegetables such as Urui, Asatsuki, and Koshiabura, and local dishes like stewed carp and Hiya-jiru (cold soup). Savor a wide variety of tastes.

This is the highest-quality, best-textured part of the tenderloin, the most tender cut of beef.
